After skipping a few years we have started up our family tradition again. We rent a block of rooms at a local motel and stay for the weekend. This year we went to the Day's Inn in Mattoon. It's newly remodeled and really nice and the room rate was very affordable too. The whole family goes. The little ones got to invite a friend this year. So there was lots of running, laughing, playing and swimming.

Baby Lindy Lou had a wonderful time too. Got to meet several of her cousins for the first time.
3 weeks old and I swear she is starting to smile.

Just talked to Jeri and Sarah. Jeri was napping, she said she told the girls to go to sleep at 1 this morning. Sarah said they were having supper. She said the boys took a nap when they got home. They are all talking about next year.
