Resurrection Lily's

Saw these Resurrection Lily's today in Oakland. Reminded me of Grandma.

Every year she would faithfully watch for them to show their little heads then "pop" the next day or so they would be full grown and beautiful.

We'd go down for a visit and she would make sure that we noticed the lily's.

Good food, homemade icecream and lots of visiting was had by all. Glad Nancy and Clarissa could come for a visit, gave us a reason to get together at the pond.

This last week....

Patty's brother Ronnie Tibbs was home for a week to visit. It was really nice to see him again.

This was taken at the fish fry we had on Saturday night. It rained so we moved from the pond to Patty and Ronnie's house.

Little Swimmers

Took my camera to the Oakand pool one Friday when I took Kristyn in. Took the boys on Saturday but forgot the camera.

There she goes. She does pretty good swimmng.

And a one, and a two, and we go on threeeeeee.

She can't touch the bottom yet, so she's got to swim.
