Shawnee River Taxi

Shawnee river taxi docked at Golconda, IL

The bald Eagle we saw. Dad saw it first in flight, then it landed in this tree. Just posed for us to take a picture.

Barg that was pushing coal down the river.

Finally Cave in rock. Joe and I drove down there a few years ago and checked it all out. It's pretty deep. They said that at one time an early settler had a tavern in there.

This is what we did today. Also stopped a 4 wineries. Oh and we made some more u-turns.
Pretty sure we have a name for our trip. Your all going to be surprised.
Havin fun.
