Clint sent Linda and I an email just before superbowl Sunday. He was wanting to make Grandma Martha's baked macaroni for a superbowl party. This is the recipe I sent to him. It's a little different than mom's but only in the preparation. The taste is the same.

GRANDMA'S BAKED MACARONI
9 x 11 pan
Butter pan liberally.
Elbow macaroni - Pour dry macaroni into bottom of pan (just cover bottom of pan probably about a 1/2" or so I would guess this to be about 2cups)
2 packages shredded "co-jack" cheese - 8oz packages. - Pour into pan and mix with macaroni.
Cover with milk
Cut the rest of the stick of butter into chunks and put on top of mixture.
Bake at 3:50 or 3:75 until milk is cooked into macaroni and top is kind of brown.
Probably about 45 minutes but check it at 30 minutes. If you need to you can turn up the heat to 400 to brown it
