Mom's been in the hospital since Sunday. Got to get the fluid off. She is feeling better today. Hopefully come home tomorrow. She had a horrible roommate for 2 days. She screamed every two hours when they had to come in and turn her. Mom didn't get much sleep. Got her moved to a private room yesterday. I think she got some sleep last night.

Sorry to hear that. I had a screamer like that in the room with me when I had Doug. Never slept a wink in there. I couldn't wait to get home to rest. Glad you got her moved.
What's your mom's daily sodium limit? The hospitals and nursing homes can only go as low as 2000 mg. If her heart doctor puts her on 1000 or lower call me. We got that one down to a science with my father in law.
We had to take all his meals in to the hospitals and nursing home for him except breakfast. Got good ideas on snacks, too.
