What's on the menu? BBQ Ribs

The other night Joe and I were talking about mom's BBQ Ribs and how good they were.  So a couple days ago I was at the grocery store and saw a nice looking package of ribs.  This morning I put them into the crockpot covered with water.  They cooked all day so they were "Fall Apart Tender".  When I got home from work I took them out put them on the broiler pan and turned on the broiler on the oven.  Next came Katsup and Mustard.  Yes just squirt a big glob on each piece of rib.  Mix and spread the Katsup and Mustard with a pastry brush.  Then top with brown sugar on each piece.  Broil for 4 to 5 minutes.  Turn and do it all again.

Boy are they yummy!
